Abrasive Blast Machines

The blast machine you need depends on the job—or jobs—you do:

  • If your jobs vary from touchup to demanding, from coal slag to crushed glass and anything in between, a 1/2 to 6-cuft pot that you can throw in your pickup’s bed offers the flexibility and mobility you need.
  • Our 8-cuft Dual Chamber or 10 or 20-cuft pots are ideal for high-production jobs that need long blasting intervals without interruption.
  • Even bigger jobs with multiple operators and almost nonstop blasting need bigger machines, which is why Clemco builds 60, 120 and 160-cuft bulk blasters.
  • Reduce downtime and ensures your jobs continue uninterrupted. Stay stocked on accessories and spares like nozzles, hose, couplings, metering valves, and more.

Wetblast Tools

Wetblasting has advantages for specific applications:

  • Dust suppression, when the priority is suppressing dust for environmental safety and regulatory compliance. Especially useful if you’re abrasive blasting in confined, urban, or residential areas.
  • Reduced dust output = increased operator visibility and less cleanup time = higher productivity.
  • Superior surface finish: Wetblasting flushes abrasive off the blasting surface so you then can coat a clean surface without risking coating failure caused by contaminants.

Check our complete line of portable wetblast systems: all-in-one units, dry-blast machine conversion kits, and handheld touchup tools—which all also can dry blast, wash down, and air dry surfaces—so with a single piece of equipment you can do more types of jobs.

Blast Room Enclosures

Abrasive blasting can be dirty, backbreaking, and hazardous. But well-designed blast rooms mitigate these issues. Clemco blast rooms are manufactured with galvanized steel for durability and safety, and with bolt-together, no-weld panels to ensure quick, sturdy installation. Increase productivity and promote safety with a Clemco blast room that fits your application, floorplan, and budgetary requirements, available in three product lines:

  • Preassembled – Delivered to your facility ready to install. These compact, prebuilt blast rooms fit into tight footprints and need only air and power supplies to begin blasting.
  • Predesigned – Offered in a variety of sizes and pre-configurations. Predesigned blast rooms provide flexibility for various footprints and a short lead time. They are delivered unassembled to your facility.
  • Fully Engineered – Purpose-built blast rooms engineered to accommodate your unique application requirements and processes. Fully engineered blast rooms are tailored to your specifications and delivered unassembled.
